Since joining the company in 2015 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant I’ve developed and grown with the company and have progressed to Team Leader of the South West region.

HRN has really grown rapidly since I started, from 12 – 35 and the opportunities that have come with the growth has been amazing. It’s been such a great experience for me both personally and professionally, and I can’t thank my colleagues and leaders for all the support and guidance over the years. I’ve been able to get onto the property ladder in London aged 23 and it’s purely because of the help and support of the Directors.

This was my first recruitment job and I’ve learnt so much about myself as well as the industry. 5 years ago if someone told me what I was going to achieve by 23, I would have said “What?! No way!”
