My client provides clinical and therapeutic support for up to thirty individuals who have experienced serious enduring mental health problems with treatment resistive symptoms. You will work in partnership with clients and health and social care professionals through comprehensive assessment of need and risk and the use of My Plans' to enable recovery and independence.
The service is open and provides residents with access to the local community following risk assessment.
You will be putting together treatment plans and overseeing a team of care assistants. The successful Nurse will have excellent clinical leadership skills. The role will offer Days and Nights, 37.5 hours per week.

Skills and responsibilities for the Nurse role:
