One of the UK's leading healthcare organisations requires a dedicated Deputy Manager to work within one of their beautiful nursing homes in Croydon, Surrey. My nationwide client provides nursing services to the elderly with dementia and physical disabilities. You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.

The home is close to the centre of this busy town, yet surrounded by landscaped gardens in a quieter area, still has a real suburban feel. Rated good by the CQC, you must have an excellent understanding of compliance, and a passion for care.

Most Senior Clinical Nurse in the Home
Staff Training and development
Support the General Manager in the daily running of the home
Monitoring treatment plans and care standards
Overseeing a team of Unit Manager an Nurses
Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team
