Job Setting
One of the UK's leading healthcare organisations requires a dedicated Deputy Manager to work within one of their beautiful nursing homes in Sevenoaks, Kent. My nationwide client provides nursing services to the elderly with dementia and other nursing requirements. You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.

You will be directly involved in the day to day running of all clinical aspect of the home. As well as aiding the home manager with recruitment, auditing, staff development, assessment and CQC compliance.

The home is set within a stunning converted stately home with e facilities and stunning grounds. The standard of care here is very high, this is reflected in the home's CQC rating. The successful candidate must have experience in a similar setting and be passionate about the industry.

Management of all staff

Deputy Manager Requirements
Hold a relevant nursing qualification
Be registered with the NMC
Have satisfactory references
Have the right to work in the UK
Some experience in a similar role
