My client requires a dedicated Unit Manager to work within a purpose built dementia care home in Oxted, Surrey. The focus is very much on delivering person-centred care, to enable residents to keep their normal daily routines as much as possible while maintaining their independence. You will have excellent leadership qualities, and exemplary clinical skills.
