My client requires a dedicated Clinical Lead to work within their beautiful nursing home in Sunningdale, Ascot. My client offers nursing care to those living with Dementia. You will have excellent leadership qualities, and exemplary clinical skills.

You will be leading the nursing team whilst directly involved with senior management. You will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Clinical Lead will have excellent clinical and managerial leadership skills.In return for inspiring your team and maximising the potential capacity of all residents physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially you will receive excellent benefits, a personalised career plan and payment of professional fees. It is key for this role you have the relevant experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Elderly Care including best practice
