One of the UK's leading healthcare organisations requires a dedicated Unit Manager to work within one of their beautiful nursing homes in Reigate, Surrey. The home is set in a converted country house, that is full of character and charm. Surrounded by acres of landscaped gardens, offering a bit of peace for the residents and staff alike.

My nationwide client provides nursing services to the elderly who suffer from dementia or require nursing needs. You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.

As Unit Manager, you will be responsible for running a team of Nurses and Care Assistants. The staff here are enthusiastic and trained to a high standard, providing the successful candidate with excellent support.

Unit Manager Skills and responsibilities
Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Wound management
Administering oxygen
Putting together treatment plans
Overseeing a team of care assistants
Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team
