My client requires a dedicated Care Manger to work within a beautiful nursing home in Chester, Cheshire with a proven track record of providing outstanding care to elderly people. Currently Recruiting for a dedicated Care Manger to work within a fantastic nursing home in Cheshire,The Home Provides variety of quality care, including 24-hour residential care, Dementia care and additional support for those with more complex needs such as Mental Health condition. My client provides a range of health and care services for older people in a homely environment with medical staff always on hand to assist when necessary.
You will have excellent leadership qualities as will be involved in the management of the staff. You will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager in the day to running of the home.
You will be directly involved with senior management and will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Villa Manger will have excellent clinical leadership skills. The role will offer Full time hours on Days 40 Hours per week.
