My client requires a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to work within a beautiful care home in Hertford. My client offer nursing services to the elderly who suffer with dementia or physical disabilities.

The home is itself is purpose built with luxury in mind. The standards are impeccable throughout the home, this is reflected in the CQC rating of the home. My client is a fast growing care group that offers industry leading pay rates and unrivalled company benefits.

You will be leading a small team of care Assistants, and be responsible for the day to day care of the residents, including their personal care.

My client offers ongoing training, and has excellent development opportunities for the right candidate.

Skills and responsibilities
- Naturally caring approach
- Washing, feeding, dressing residents
- Providing entertainment and supporting residents in overall wellbeing

- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- 6 months care experience
- Have satisfactory references
- Have the right to work in the UK
