Job purpose
To assist consultants with the resourcing and on boarding of new candidates in a timely and efficient manner. This will involve ensuring candidates meet strict compliance requirements and are ready to be provided with Temp work. The role will also require other office administration duties, including management of office inventory, CRM database maintenance, payroll assistance, compiling management reports and taking the out of hours mobile phone.

Resourcing
• Sourcing candidates via a range of Job Boards and passing their CV's through our CRM system ensuring the correct notes and attributes are marked up.
• Compiling and sending out a weekly Job Alert Newsletter to candidates
• Calling, qualifying and inviting candidates if for face-to-face interview
• Building residential database for new business
• Running an active campaign on social media in order to attract candidates

Compliance
• Meeting and greeting all candidates who arrive for the consultant interviews, ensuring the meeting room is prepared and the relevant applications forms provided
• Taking copies of Right to Work documentation off the candidates and loading them onto the candidates file
• Issuing candidate follow up emails for any missing documentation
• Recording all documentation correctly on the Candidates file including expiry dates
• Carrying out regular audits on candidate files to ensure documentation is correct
• Ensure all ID badges are printed before the consultant interviews finish
• Act as the primary officer for submitting candidates DBS and following up on their status
• Issue and chase Temp reference requests, ensure they meet the Company's requirements
• Run the Compliance Item Task index, ensuring all missing documentation is followed up and received in a timely manner

Office Administration
• Database cleansing which includes updating Attributes, adding Key Account jobs, and operating the merge suite
• Ensure VOIP credits are allocated and up-to-date
• Maintain an up-to-date stationary inventory list and make appropriate purchases
• Ensure the printer paper and ink is replenished and tidied away every day
• Ensure all out going post has the correct postage and is sent by close of business 5:30pm
• Identify additional requirements for storage of stationary and purchase of specialist equipment

Reports
• Update and issue the Daily Candidate to Jobs report (C2J)
• Update and issue the Daily Calls / Interviews KPI report
• Update and issue the Daily Job Check report
• Update and issue the Weekly Applicant Action report
• Update and issue the Weekly KPI report
• Update and issue the Weekly Live Jobs report
• Update and issue the Weekly Live to Application Actions report (Live-2-AA)
• Update and issue the Monthly Application to Jobs report
