Job Setting
My client requires a dedicated Senior Theatre Practitioner (Scrub) to work within a prestigious private hospital in Kent. You will work as part of a team to provide a safe, cost effective & efficient care environment for patients, relatives and carers.

Senior Theatre Practitioner-Scrub Skills and responsibilities
Monitors all patient care and treatment, maintaining high standards and quality at all times.
Is able to prioritise patient care, recognise deterioration in a patient's condition and alert senior
staff immediately
Participates in preoperative projects, enhancing the standards of care.
Be involved in any aspects of training that need to be cascaded to the whole team such as moving & handling/infection control.
Maintain own personal profile.
Uses effective communication, written and verbal with all levels of staff including the
multidisciplinary team, patients and relatives, taking into account impairments, levels of consciousness and language barriers.

Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub Requirements
Hold a relevant nursing qualification
Be registered with the NMC
Have satisfactory references
Have the right to work in the UK
