This large care provider has a modern, three-storey facility in the Hayes area. A medium sized service with 64 beds caters for the elderly, they provide specialist care for those with dementia, Alzheimer's and disabilities or for those who require end of life care.
All rooms are en-suite and are freshly decorated throughout. Leaving residents welcome to bring items of personal furnishings to the home to make their room familiar and comfortable. The home has a number of communal areas for personal or group enjoyment and the multicultural care team work hard to adapt to the varying needs of residents.

Nurse Skills and Responsibilities
- Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
- Wound management
- Administering oxygen
- Putting together treatment plans
- Overseeing a team of care assistants
- Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team
- Hold a relevant nursing qualification
- Be registered with the NMC
- Have satisfactory references
- Have the right to work in the UK
