You'll be using your leadership skills to make sure your residents get the quality care they deserve. You will be looked to you to be a hands-on clinical leader that creates a safe and supportive environment for your residents with a range of mental and physical needs. You'll use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions, from assessing the needs of a new resident to implementing safeguarding policies and administrating medicines in line with NMC regulations. As part of your wide range of responsibilities, you'll support and mentor your team to make sure they have the clinical training they need to deliver the highest standards of nursing.
