Unit Manager required in Nelson, Lancashire , up to £19.00, 42 Hours Days ( Split up into Supernumerary and Clinical Shifts)

My client requires a dedicated Unit Manager to work within a beautiful nursing home in Nelson, Lancashire. My client offers nursing care to those living with {Dementia and Mental Health Conditions}. You will have excellent leadership qualities, and exemplary clinical skills.

You will be leading the {Dementia and Mental Health Conditions} unit whilst directly involved with senior management. You will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Unit Manager will have excellent clinical leadership skills.
