Clinical Service manager required in Nottingham, paying up to £50k per year.

The successful candidate will oversee the management of clinical and business functions, supporting home managers, to achieve performance targets and maintain good relationships with regulators, contractors, and all stakeholders.

This role will support 6 Care and Nursing homes in Nottingham, Derbyshire, and Staffordshire.

The required skills and qualifications of the role are:
Relevant health, social care, or business/management qualification
Clinical Qualification of RGN/RMN (with current PIN)
Previous Management experience
Knowledge/experience of social care and regulating authorities
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations: KLOE's
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Full Driving Licence, confident driver and use of car


The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
Conduct investigations and support safeguarding processes.
Oversee action planning and monitor progress with service improvement / development.
Provide supervision and performance management to Home Managers to support the achievement of performance targets.
Support personnel issues (capability and conduct) of care centre staff teams
Liaise with Operations Management to ensure employment, health and safety and regulatory requirements are met.
Oversee implementation of all procedures pertaining to the running of the Care Centre in line with regulatory standards and Company policies and procedures.
Monitor nursing practice in line with the NMC Code of Professional Practice and company policies and procedures.
Facilitate clinical supervision and revalidation for qualified nurses.
Input in sales and marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and enhance fee rates.
Contribute to new Home Manager inductions and training.
Support Managers with maximising occupancy
Ensure CQC regulatory requirements are met
Audit clinical /care records to ensure they meet the required standard
