Staff Nurse - Required in Bradford, West Yorkshire , Up to £18.00/hr,

Job Setting
you will be responsible for the care of our service users. This home is located on the outskirts of Bradford and you will be looking after service users suffering with dementia and old age. You will be at the forefront of providing a first class service where you make a difference to everyone you support.

This newly refurbished care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. Situated in Birkenshaw, Bradford, the home offers a modern and supportive environment with en suite bedrooms and comfortable lounge areas. Our dedicated team ensure we meet the resident's individual care and social needs.

As staff nurse, you will be in charge of a group of 20 residents during day time working alongside another experienced nurse or 38 residents during night time.

Staff Nurse - Skills and responsibilities
Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Wound management
Administering oxygen
Putting together treatment plans
Overseeing a team of care assistants
Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Staff Nurse Requirements:
Hold a current NMC pin number and be RGN qualified
Administer medication safely
Create and update individualised care plans and documentation
Deliver hands on nursing care to ensure the well-being and health of our residents
Have an excellent understanding of the standards set by CQC
