Staff Nurse Overview
Using the principles of recovery-focused outcomes to promote the overall wellbeing in people who have long-standing and complex mental health problems and who often present with behaviours that challenge

Efficiently coordinating and controlling day to day service delivery both in conjunction with, and in the absence of, the Service Manager, providing leadership to a team of support workers
Working with the People we support, their families and others to asses client need, develop support plans and implement planned intervention. Using an adaptable approach to fit the needs of the individual and recognize and promote positive risk-taking.

You will need to be a qualified nurse and should be skilled in planning clinical care and overseeing support staff. You will be experienced in delivering high quality clinical care focusing on a person-centred approach. This role offers variety and the opportunity to work autonomously and progress you career.

Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities
Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Wound management
Administering oxygen

Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Staff Nurse Requirements
Hold a relevant nursing qualification
Be registered with the NMC
Have satisfactory references
Have the right to work in the UK
