My client requires a dedicated Deputy Home Manager (Nurse Qualified) to work within a beautiful nursing home in Gateshead, Tyne And Wear.   • Supporting the Home Manager in the running of the home
  • Recruiting new staff members
  • Management of all staff
  • Supernumerary hours allocated
  • Ongoing development and training of nursing team
  • Monitoring patient care across the home

Essential Requirements
  • You have a minimum of a Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and have, or be willing, to work towards the Leadership and Management Award
  • Hold an NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with an active PIN
  • Experience of working in the health care sector
  • Be driven, motivated and believe in quality of care
