We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager for a lovely care home for the elderly which is based Warminster. This home is part of a medium sized care group who offer a supportive working environment in a well respected care provider.

Location: Warminster, Wiltshire

Salary range: £32,500 to £35,000 per year

Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager Registered Manager will include:
  • Working alongside the Registered Manager in the day to day management of the home
  • Ensuring compliance within national guidelines and CQC
  • Developing and carrying our reviews of resident care plans
  • Maintaining a positive and supportive working environment through strong leadership
  • Provide inspiring leadership to colleagues and oversee the delivery of high-quality care

The ideal candidate to fulfil the Deputy Manager role will have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and be willing to work towards Level 4 or 5
  • Have previous management experience in a elderly care setting with a willingness to roll your sleeves up and work as a proactive team member,
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and will be committed to promoting and developing the highest standards of care
  • Working knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
  • A genuine passion for delivering high level person centred care to the elderly
