Home Manager | Residential Elderly Care | Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary is from £48,000 - £50,000 per year + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Brief: A unique opportunity for an experienced & professional Home Manager to join an Award Winning nationwide Care Provider. You will be overseeing a large-sized care home based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, that offers residents Residential; Elderly and Dementia Care.

Purpose of this Hire: A Home Manager to take the care home forward and build on the already good local reputation and lead an established staffing team to continue providing excellent care in all areas of the service and maintain a Good CQC rating.

Key points:
  • A strong leader with a wealth of care home management & CQC experience, plus the ability to hit the ground running
  • Must have at least two years of experience as a Registered Manager of a Large Residential care home offering elderly and dementia care
  • Working hours are 40 per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
  • Oncall is shared between the Deputy Manager and Home Manager
  • Salary is from £40,000 - £50,000 per year
  • The care home is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire

The Experience required:
  • Experienced in caring for older people requiring residential care
  • Confident in your knowledge of CQC & CCG's
  • Experienced in managing a successful home with a Good CQC rating
  • Possess strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive KPI's such as; occupancy, staffing, recruitment, compliance & networking to ensure the companies long term success
