Staff Nurse required in Keighley for a private hospital. Band 5, Days & Nights available, Full or Part time

Job Setting
My client requires a dedicated Staff Nurse to work within a well established private hospital. My client has a great reputation for providing excellent rehabilitation and recovery care to those aged 18+.

You will be putting together treatment plans and overseeing a team of care assistants. The successful Staff Nurse will have excellent clinical leadership skills. The role will offer days or nights, with the option of full or part time hours.

You will be an experienced nurse who is flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and interested in working within a modern, forward thinking and effective specialist service. You will be a key member of the multi-disciplinary teams, adopting a pro-active and therapeutic approach to care management with a supportive and healing environment.

The successful candidate will undertake and manage direct patient care, having participated fully in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs. Undertaking the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions to agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedure and health legislation. You should be prepared to work in an environment that can be very demanding and unpredictable.
