The company is highly regarded family run company that have been established since 1985 with over 25+ years extensive experience in the healthcare sector. The home is situated close to the town Centre in Northampton, Northamptonshire .

The service provides care for people who require specialist nursing needs, dementia care and acquired brain injury.

As a Deputy Nurse Manager you will play an important part in the day to day running of the home. We are looking for a motivated and inspirational Deputy Nurse Manager, who has the ability to influence, engage, and exercise leadership throughout the team with an open communication style.

We need somebody who is able deliver a high standard of resident care and drive results within the elderly care setting. You will also be fully supported by the newly appointed Home Manager who was the Deputy Nurse Manager and has recently been promoted through positive changes made to the service.

This rewarding role will include a lengthy induction program and supervision time to get to know and understand your patients. The role will be autonomous and you will lead the delivery of care for your patients implementing relative care changes and ensuring efficient running of the care home
