As Head of Operations & Quality, you will work as part of a newly created South East leadership team at this organisation. Reporting to the Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships & Services, you will you will be accountable for the development, management and delivery of integrated services utilising your strong management skills to lead and empower diverse range, multi-professional clinical and none clinical teams across the South East.

You will be accountable for ensuring excellence in clinical practice providing clinical leadership for teams across the South East ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, person-centred care and for developing and managing robust governance systems
Skills and Responsibilities
Utilising your extensive experience in Health and Social Care and expertise in regulatory compliance you will be a dynamic leader, responsible for ensuring that all services across the South East deliver safe, effective, person-centred care and that a robust governance and compliance framework is in place to optimise standards, manage risk and demonstrate excellence in end-of-life care.
Excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to forge and nurture successful working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, and to ensure that this organisation is an established and respected partner in the provision of End-of-Life services across the South East.
A confident communicator and negotiator, you will be accountable for the contract management and service reporting of both commissioned and non-commissioned services across the South East, ensuring that they achieve optimum performance at all times.
Creativity and vision are key to the role and you will constantly be seeking opportunities to enhance the organisation's brand both in the South East of England and beyond.
