Purpose of the Role:
  • To be accountable for the commercial responsibilities of the portfolio, ensuring that they strive to deliver within budget.
  • To ensure that they are providing good or outstanding support to all those they support by ensuring all delivery teams comply with all relevant legislation, systems, processes and policy and procedures.
  • To organically grow the delivery portfolio within a 30 mile radius of the current service delivery.
  • To work with the mobilisation manager to integrate new business into the portfolio.
  • To work with community engagement to ensure we work closely with the local community and actively consider and implement things that will benefit the wider community.
  • To ensure you equip your delivery teams to deliver excellent care to all those they support.
  • Successful candidate will be required to hold the relevant registration.
