Home Manager - Family-Owned Luxury Nursing Home - up to £60k!

Position: Home Manager
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Pay rate: up to £60,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
Hours: Full time, 40hrs per week
Shifts: Usual working hours will be weekday day shifts, with some flexibility required for quality monitoring purposes, on-call duties etc due to the seniority of the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Worthing, West Sussex area, for a Nursing Home Manager.

This service is a new luxury nursing home with facilities designed to meet the needs of present and future generations of residents. The building and grounds have been created to generate feelings of homeliness, comfort and modernity. The high standards of care, which they are proud of, will naturally be replicated in this, their newest home.

As RGN Nursing Home Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the day to day running of the home, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service that does not compromise on quality of care or life. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams in addition to managing budgets and resources.

Essential Requirements
  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN
  • Ideally experience of working as CQC Registered Manager specialising in dementia and nursing care for the elderly and frail. Applicants with substantial experience working at Deputy Manager level may also be considered
  • A strong leader, who is able to motivate, lead and support clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a nursing home
  • Financially aware and able to manage and adhere to budgets
