Senior Staff Nurse required in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire , up to £41,00 per annum Days/Nights, 37.5 hours p/w

Job Setting
This beautiful and caring low secure hospital requires a dedicated Staff Nurse to work within a CQC compliant service in Buckinghamshire. My client provides nursing services to younger adults with eating disorders and pride themselves on the level of care provided and ensuring the residents feel safe and happy but also safe . You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.

Senior Staff Nurse Skills and Responsibilities
  • Deliver prescribed care to a defined group of patients/Service users that reflect their individual needs
  • Act as the Nurse in charge of the Ward
  • Act as bed Manager and or Site Co-ordinator out of hours
  • Support new/junior/agency staff as required supporting colleagues to complete induction, and deliver person centred care to the standards required
  • Supervises a defined group of Nursing or HCA colleagues, ensuring they receive management and clinical supervisions

Senior Staff Nurse Requirements
  • Hold a relevant nursing qualification
  • Be registered with the NMC
  • Have satisfactory references
  • Have the right to work in the UK
