Clinical Lead required in Ebbw Vale, up to £22/hr, Days/Nights, 38.5 hours p/w

Job Setting
My client requires a dedicated Clinical Lead to work within a beautiful nursing home in Ebbw Vale. My client offers nursing care to those living with Dementia Care. You will have excellent leadership qualities, and exemplary clinical skills.

You will be leading the Nursing unit whilst directly involved with senior management. You will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Clinical Lead will have excellent clinical leadership skills.

This is the perfect role for a 1st level Registered Nurse (holding a valid PIN) who is an experienced care team supervisor and is now ready for lead responsibility as part of continuing professional development. You must have experience in general, dementia and mental health nursing care, you will be required to work in all three areas of the home, supporting the nursing and care team.

Your respect for older people is equally important. This is the perfect role if you have experience working at a senior level within a nursing home.
