Job Setting
We are looking for a Clinical Lead who would like to develop their career to join a beautiful nursing home in South Croydon, Surrey.

This is a exciting opportunity to join their supportive and welcoming team! The chosen candidate will lead and deliver excellent standards of clinical care to their residents. As the Clinical Lead you will need to draw upon your clinical expertise, passion and leadership skills, to support the Home Manager across all aspects of home management, providing a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors, maintaining the highest standards of quality, care and clinical excellence.

Clinical Lead Skills and Responsibilities
  • Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
  • Wound management
  • Administering oxygen
  • Putting together treatment plans
  • Overseeing a team of care assistants
  • Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Clinical Lead Requirements
  • Experience in a care environment in a senior nursing role, or above
  • RGN/RMN qualified
  • A valid NMC PIN number
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • A forward-facing, organised attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to lead by example and be a role model for all nursing and care staff
  • Have satisfactory references
  • Have the right to work in the UK
