Deputy Home Manager (Fixed Term) based at a care home in Bottisham

**Available Hours:**
Fixed Term Full Time 39 hours per week (for 12 months).

Reporting to the Home Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care while also shaping our brilliant team. You'll be the reliable second-in-command think of yourself as the 'deputy of awesome' who ensures everything runs smoothly.

A healthy respect for older people is a must (bonus points if you know a few good tea-time stories!). This role is perfect for an experienced care team supervisor who's ready to step into a leadership role, armed with S/NVQ/QCF Diploma level 3 qualifications or equivalent.
