Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of infection prevention and control within the hospital.
- Develop and implement IPC policies and procedures.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to staff on infection control issues.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote best practices in infection prevention.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with experience in infection prevention and control.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of current IPC legislation and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
