A thrilling opportunity has arisen for an experienced Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to join the team, working 30 hours per week across 4 days. The role encompasses a balanced split of 50% outpatient and 50% inpatient responsibilities, primarily focusing on orthopaedic cases. It includes one evening shift until 8 pm, providing a unique and engaging work schedule. MSK Physiotherapist Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse role, balancing 50% outpatient and 50% inpatient duties, with a primary focus on orthopaedics.
• Collaborate effectively within a team of highly skilled physiotherapists.
• Independently oversee patient care with minimal direct supervision.
• Apply extensive clinical experience in musculoskeletal techniques.
• Demonstrate proficiency in orthopaedics, general surgery, and respiratory care.
• Contribute to audit research and exhibit a comprehension of quality issues (desirable).
• Showcase competence in treating acute respiratory patients (desirable).
• Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills.
• Utilize strong organizational, prioritization, and delegation abilities.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for patient interaction and seamless collaboration with medical staff.
• Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.

MSK Physiotherapist Qualifications:
• Diploma/BSc Degree in Physiotherapy.
• HCPC and CSP Registration.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience.
• Recent attendance at relevant post-graduate courses (desirable).
• Evidence of post-graduate study.
• Mandatory HCPC and CSP registration.
