Clinical Psychologist - Prestigious Private Clinic - Up to £59,000 (dep. on experience)
A leading independent healthcare provider in Surrey, recognized for enabling almost 10,000 people per year to achieve their potential, seeks a Clinical Psychologist to join their department. There are two roles available at the Band 6, and Band 7 levels.
Clinical Psychologist - Experience
· Experience in providing psychological services, including assessments and therapeutic support.
· Ability to supervise junior staff and psychology students.
· Competence in staff training and development regarding brain injury.
· Skills in research, clinical outcome analysis, and managing mental capacity and risk issues.
Clinical Psychologist - Duties
· Conduct psychological assessments and develop intervention programs.
· Provide individual and group therapy.
· Prepare detailed reports on client progress and future recommendations.
· Supervise junior staff and psychology students.
· Deliver staff training on cognitive, emotional, and behavioral aspects of brain injury.
· Engage in research and publish findings.
· Analyze clinical outcomes and support the multi-disciplinary team.
· Advise on client suitability and participate in clinical and non-clinical meetings.
· Manage emotional impacts and discharge planning.
Shift Patterns:
· Full Time
· 37.5 hours per week
· Permanent position
