Are you an experienced Senior Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) looking for a job that doesn't drive you crazy? Well, you're in luck! We're searching for a skilled nurse to join our team in Cambridgeshire, and we promise not to make you lose your mind.
In addition to a competitive salary of £25/hr, we offer a range of company benefits that will make you feel like a true VIP. You'll get £25 per hour (because we think you're worth it), enhanced sick pay (because nobody likes to work when they're feeling poorly), and enhanced maternity leave (because we know how important it is to have time with your little ones).
But wait, there's more! We also offer birthdays off (because who wants to work on their special day?), a work pension scheme (because we care about your future), ongoing training (because we want you to keep improving), and 33 days annual leave (because we know you need a break).
If that's not enough to convince you, we also have a flexible additional holiday purchase scheme, an employee assistance helpline, domestic helpline, childcare vouchers, special retail discount vouchers, and a variety of leisure, holiday and travel discounts. Plus, we've got your back with general and travel insurance deals, personal finance and mortgage advice, eye care and hospital plans, and subsidised meals (because everyone needs to eat).
As the leading private mental health provider in Cambridgeshire, we take our work seriously, but we also know how to have fun. Our innovative and forward-thinking environment will keep you on your toes, and our compassionate care will make you feel like you're part of a family. We offer specialist services to patients both over and under the ages of 65, and our hospital has constantly been awarded a 'Good' CQC rating and a 9.6/10 rating from the general public, residents, family members and partners.
As a Senior Nurse (RMN/RNLD), you'll be responsible for supervising the team, monitoring blood sugar levels and IV, wound management, administering oxygen, putting together treatment plans, overseeing a team of care assistants, and liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary teams. To apply, you'll need to hold a relevant nursing qualification, be registered with the NMC, have satisfactory references, and have the right to work in the UK.
