Location Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: starting from £22.00 per hour
Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week (on a rota basis)

Duties will include:
- Working under the guidance of an experienced and well-respected manager
- Delivering high standards of care to mainly elderly service users with a range of general nursing needs
- Creating and working with person-centred-care plans
- Accurately and thoroughly maintaining service users records
- Administering medication
- Monitoring and assessing the needs of the service users
- Lead a team of carers who are working under your guidance
- Liaising with outside professionals
You must:
- Be nurse qualified (ideally RGN or RMN qualified)
- Have strong clinical skills
- Have a clean DBS and good references
- Be aware of the core care standards required to work within a nursing home setting
- Ideally experienced within a nursing home background
- Have exceptional standards and a willingness to put the care of the residents at the forefront of everything that is done
- Have a professional attitude to your work
- Reliable, committed to your nursing and able to evidence strong personal standards
- Experience of caring people with dementia
