Our client is in need of a dedicated Theatre Clinical Governance Lead to join a prestigious Private Hospital in Marylebone. This role involves a 50/50 split between clinical and non-clinical responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding clinical skills and a naturally compassionate approach.

Responsibilities of Theatre Clinical and Quality Lead
Management duties, including quality improvement and standards enforcement
Hands-on clinical support
Serving as a Surgical First Assistant
Ensuring patient safety

Requirements for Theatre Clinical and Quality Lead
Possession of a relevant nursing qualification
A Surgical First Assistant certificate is essential
A relevant Master's Degree is preferred
Registered with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council)
Satisfactory references
Eligibility to work in the UK
