Private Hospital, Kent Full Time - Permanent Salary: Up to £42,000 + Benefits (dependent on experience, training, and qualification)
This is a full-time role, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead to join the Theatre department within this leading healthcare institution.

Clinical Lead - Theatre Department Key Requirements:
• Dynamic leader with the ability to influence and develop new services, improving CQC and Audit ratings.
• Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
• Registered Nurse Level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing Studies.
• Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice.
• Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
• Recruitment and selection skills.
• Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
• Essential experience in Endoscopy, General.
• Desirable experience in Gynae, Urology, ENT, and Orthopaedic.

Clinical Lead - Theatre Department Responsibilities:
• Clinically support the department to promote and ensure excellent patient care.
• Lead the department under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services (DOCS) (small & medium hospitals) or Clinical Services Manager (CSM) (large & flagship hospitals).
• Deploy, supervise, and mentor staff within the clinical area, supporting the hospital management team in providing clinical leadership.
• Maintain written records and legal documents to required levels and accepted practice.
