Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement innovative clinical programs and protocols.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain our position as a leader in healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to patients during the night shift.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Offer emotional support to patients and their families.

  • Current valid NMC registration.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
