About the home
We are looking for a registered Nurse to join our management team as a Clinical Nurse Lead at our Specialist Care Centre in High Wycombe.

The Care Centre has a large management team that we are looking for the right person to join who will lead the units in excellent, person centred care.

We are looking for a person who is clinically skilled, professional, positive and cheerful and who has the skills to manage a large team alongside the other clinical leads and home manager.

The Care Centre supports people with a variety of conditions and specializes in mental health, dementia and complex health needs.

There is a nursing team that consists of Registered Nurses (Learning Disability, Mental health and Adult) and there is the support of an MDT of Psychiatry and Occupational therapy.

The home is rated as Outstanding in caring with CQC. The role is interesting, varied and the right person can make a huge difference to people's lives.

The role includes the overseeing of units, ensuring people are safeguarded from harm, clinical audit and action plans, managing a staff team, supporting the home manager in the day to day running of the service and working as part of an excellent staff team.

Purpose of the role
To provide leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence and coordinating staff to ensure that effective nursing and care services are provided, quality standards are met and maintained, clinical outcomes are recorded and measured. To develop and maintain an environment that supports staff in developing clinical skills and capabilities throughout the service.

Nurse Requirements
  • Hold a relevant nursing qualification
  • Be registered with the NMC
  • Have satisfactory references
  • At least 3 years nursing home experience
  • Have the right to work in the UK

Salary: up to £54,000 per annum
