My client requires a dedicated Clinical Lead to work within a NEW and well established nursing home in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. My client offers nursing care to those living with dementia. You will have excellent leadership qualities, and exemplary clinical skills.

• Supervising staff

• Proving ongoing staff training to nursing and care team
• Overseeing unit budget
• Monitoring patient care across the unit
The successful Clinical Lead should:
• Hold a nursing qualification
• Be registered with the NMC
• Be passionate about adult & elderly care
• Have satisfactory references
• Have the right to work in the UK
