Clinical Services Manager - Theatre - Private Hospital - Full time - Up to £60,000 - Signing on Bonus

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Services Manager to join the Theatre department's dedicated team.
This is a full-time role, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern.

Clinical Services Manager - Theatre Duties of this role include:
• Strategically planning the delivery of patient-safe clinical care provision in the Theatre service, aligning with business needs
• Day-to-day organization and management of care provision within the Operating Department
• Coordinating the management of the theatre team, both clinical and non-clinical
• Providing clear direction and leadership to all theatre staff while supporting the hospital's initiatives
• Taking responsibility for the development, motivation, and performance of the Theatre Team, ensuring the achievement of CQC Standards
• Maintenance of a professional, cost-effective theatre service, including financial management and business planning
• Achieving labour management targets and completing staff utilization spreadsheets weekly

Clinical Services Manager - Theatre Applicants should meet the following criteria:
• Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
• Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially
• Experienced in acute nursing care
• Degree educated or equivalent
• Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice
• Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
