Senior Fertility Nurse/Midwife - 4 day working week - Permanent - Harley Street, London - Up to £55,000 per annum

Leading private clinic on Harley Street, London, seeking an experienced Senior Fertility Nurse/Midwife to join our team. This is an exciting position for a person who is committed to providing patients a high level of individualised patient care. Responsibilities for Senior Fertility Nurse/ Midwife:
• Providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments
• To contemporaneously ensure all offered treatment, advice, treatment cycles and outcomes are recorded in line with current HFEA guidelines and requirements and SOPs
• Assisting with fertility procedures and treatments, including IVF, ICSI, and embryo transfer
• Conducting patient consultations and assessments, including taking medical histories and carrying out physical examinations
• Administering medications and injections as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to any changes in their condition
• Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the treatment process
• Ensuring that all clinical equipment and supplies are maintained and sterilized according to protocols
• Participating in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
• Mentoring and supervising junior nursing staff
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Requirements for senior Fertility Nurse/ Midwife:
• Registered Nurse or Midwife with valid NMC registration
• Extensive experience in fertility nursing/midwifery
• Strong knowledge of fertility treatments and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and competent in using appointment and billing systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing patient-centred care
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines
• Fertility Nursing or Midwife experience 1 year (preferred), Ultrasound scanning 1 year (preferred)
