Fertility Nurse Skills and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should possess a professional, adaptable, and dependable demeanor, ready to embrace new challenges and engage in meaningful patient interactions. As part of a tight-knit team, you'll collaborate with fellow Nurses and Consultants under the guidance of the Nurse Manager. This role offers the opportunity to apply your fertility expertise and enhance your knowledge within the field. Your duties will include addressing the unique needs of patients and their partners throughout their fertility journey while ensuring compliance with clinic protocols, Quality Management System standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Fertility Nurse Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse
  • NMC Level 1 Registration
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-registration experience, preferably including fertility care
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient safety and care
  • Counseling Certification (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
