Position: Regional Manager
Salary: £70k per annum
Hours: Full time - Day Shifts (40 hours per week)
Areas Covering: Staffordshire - covering various services
Requirements: Previous operational and nursing home management experience

We have recently been tasked with helping a medium sized organisation find a new Regional Manager to cover 4 of there services. As Regional Manager, you will draw upon your leadership skills and extensive knowledge as you will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager and ensuring the services run smoothly.

You must able to demonstrate a proven track record of inspirational leadership and development. You will be self-motivated with the passion, drive and the adaptability needed to be able to respond to continuously changing services and priorities and serve as a Role Model. You will have a proven track record of facilitating teams to deliver high quality resident care and quality outcomes.

The Head of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals will be responsible for the professional leadership of the Nursing and AHPS team

This position will be key member of the senior management team, working closely with the Head of Quality and Governance, and the Chief Operating Officer to deliver on key outcome focussed projects to drive the organisation to outstanding in clinical quality.

You will have excellent communication skills, be visible and accessible to care homes teams. . You will need to be flexible and resilient to meet the demands of the role. In addition you must be able to influence teams by involving and enabling them in the development of care plans with residents and families. Evidence of continuing professional development is essential.

There will be support from the Directors and each service with a well-staffed team in place ready to be led!
