This Lead Nurse/Nurse Manager opportunity offers an exceptional chance for a dedicated and experienced nurse with a keen interest in dermatology. The chosen candidate will be entrusted with leading and providing clinical direction to the nursing team at a prestigious private dermatology clinic located on Harley Street.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and clinical direction to the nursing team.
- Ensure the maintenance of top-tier patient care standards.
- Oversee the clinic's nursing budget and resources.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and protocols.
- Supervise the training and professional growth of the nursing staff.
- Act as a representative for the clinic at professional gatherings and events.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Leadership experience is a must.
- Prior experience in dermatology is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Robust leadership and management aptitude.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
