Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within the Outpatient Services department.
- Conducting patient assessments and providing appropriate care interventions are key aspects of the role.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
Qualifications and Experience:
- The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Experience in outpatient nursing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
