The new management team and responsible person for the provider had continued to make significant improvements at this home and their looking for a nurse to continue providing high quality care to all their residents being on of the most reputable homes in the Darlington area.
Healthcare professionals have confirmed the service was "responsive" and "positive" and they enjoyed a good working relationship with the staff team.
Care plans are person centred and people's wishes are promoted. Residents and families are aware of the care plans about their care plans and are involved in their care.
Families have recently provided reviews stating that the service and staff have promoted their loved ones well-being by ensuring their health needs were well monitored and records upheld this.
Infection control processes are embedded into the service and staff follow government guidance in relation to infection control and prevention practices, in particular, relating to COVID-19, keeping everyone safe.
Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities
Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Wound management
Administering oxygen
Putting together treatment plans
Overseeing a team of care assistants
Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team
Staff Nurse Requirements
Hold a relevant nursing qualification
Be registered with the NMC
Have satisfactory references
Have the right to work in the UK
