Salary: Up to £37,000 (Full-Time Equivalent)
An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a part-time role as a Pre-Assessment Nurse at our private hospital in Glasgow. This position offers the chance to contribute to the comprehensive patient care experience, particularly in the pre-surgical assessment phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will conduct thorough pre-assessments for patients scheduled for surgical procedures.
- Collaborating with the medical team to ensure a holistic evaluation of patients.
- Assessing and addressing the physical and psychological needs of patients before surgery.
- Providing clear and accurate information to patients regarding upcoming procedures.
- Contributing to the development and adherence to pre-assessment protocols.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Demonstrated experience in pre-assessment or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
