Job Title: Staff Nurse
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Salary: £21.00 per hour + Paid Breaks

This lovely Home located in the heart of Crewe is one of the leading care homes within the Crewe area as well as part of the top 2% of care home providers in the country! My client offers nursing care to those living with general and dementia care. You will have excellent leadership qualities, and exemplary clinical skills.

You will be leading the General care unit whilst directly involved with senior management. You will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Nurse will have excellent clinical leadership skills.

My client offers ongoing training, and has excellent development opportunities for the right candidate.

Skills and responsibilities
- Supervising Care Staff
- On-Boarding Inductees
- Providing ongoing staff training to nursing and care team
- Medication Management
- Monitoring patient care across the unit
- Liasing with GP

Essential Requirements
- Hold a nursing qualification
- Be registered with the NMC
- Be passionate about elderly care
- Have satisfactory references
- Have the right to work in the UK
