Agency Nurse required for a mixed gender adult eating disorders service

As we are on this clients framework (preferred list) we receive and can book in shifts months in advance allowing guarenteed hours and the flexibility to choose which shifts suit you best, rather than be given last minute requests for a shift you don't particularly want!

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients dealing with Acute Eating Disorders issues, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans, tailoring treatments to each patient's unique requirements.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effectiveness, prioritizing patients' safety and well-being.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and unwavering support to patients and their families, fostering a nurturing and healing environment.

Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Proven experience in managing Eating Disorders demonstrating expertise in these areas.
• Ability to excel in an agency capacity, adapting quickly to diverse care environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, colleagues, and families.
