About the Position:
As a Senior Fertility Nurse, you will play a pivotal role at the forefront of our clinic's operations, offering indispensable guidance, support, and care to our patients. Responsibilities of the Senior Fertility Nurse:
- Administer venepuncture and blood tests with precision.
- Address patient concerns with well-informed and concise responses.
- Conduct assessments and consultations as required.
- Assist in theater procedures, including egg collection and embryo transfers.
- Serve as a role model for junior staff, guiding their professional development.
- Participate in the procedure room as a scrub and circulator as necessary.
- Develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
- Offer coverage for staff illnesses or emergencies.
- Uphold a sterile and hygienic theater environment.
- Handle and dispense medications accurately.
- Foster a welcoming and calming atmosphere for our patients.
Requirements for the Senior Fertility Nurse:
- Possess a relevant nursing qualification.
- Preferred: A minimum of 2 years of experience in fertility nursing.
- Satisfactory references.
